Congratulations to Bremore ETSS β Champion School of Sanctuary
Bremore Educate Together Secondary School is delighted to celebrate becoming a Champion School of Sanctuary β a recognition that reflects the welcoming, inclusive, and caring spirit at the heart of their school.
During a monitoring visit on Tuesday 27th January 2026, visitors experienced first-hand the strong sense of belonging that runs through Bremore ETSS. From colourful multilingual displays to student-created artwork and clear messages of respect, equality, and anti-bullying, itβs obvious that diversity is valued and student voice really matters here.
With students speaking over 40 languages, the school puts a big focus on language support, intercultural understanding, and connection. Students spoke proudly about their involvement in the School of Sanctuary journey and the positive difference it has made to their everyday school life.
Learning, action, and sharing are part of what we do every day β through creative projects, cultural celebrations, community links, and student-led initiatives that help spread kindness and understanding both in and beyond the classroom.
This achievement belongs to the whole school community. The enthusiasm and leadership shown by students and staff make Bremore ETSS a place where everyone is welcome, supported, and encouraged to be themselves.
Well done, Bremore ETSS!
